Set-up done by us, MX switch is reversibleProofpoint Essentials is a cloud email security gateway built for small and mid-sized organisations. Mail is routed through it before it reaches your mailboxes, so phishing, malware, spam and impostor messages are dealt with before anyone has the chance to click. We supply the licences through Sherweb, set it up in front of your existing mail, and stay on the other end of the email afterwards.
Microsoft 365 already filters mail, and for some organisations that is enough. A dedicated gateway earns its place when the built-in filtering is letting things through, when you want link and attachment sandboxing without stepping up a whole licence tier to get it, or when someone needs to see exactly what was blocked and why. Essentials comes in several packages, so we will tell you which of those applies to you, and which package covers it, before we quote anything. Nobody needs the top tier by default.
Set-up is a short, reversible change. We configure your domains, connectors and policies, align SPF, DKIM and DMARC so your own mail keeps landing, then switch the MX records over. If anything looks wrong, the records go back and mail flows exactly as before.
It pairs naturally with the Microsoft 365 licensing we already supply: one invoice, one person who knows both sides of the set-up. Tell us how many mailboxes you have and who hosts them, and we will come back with a quote.

Links and attachments checked, not trusted
URL Defense rewrites links and checks them at the moment of the click. Attachment Defense sandboxes files before delivery, in the packages that include it.
Outbound covered too
Mail leaving your organisation is scanned as well, so a compromised mailbox does not quietly turn into a spam source under your domain.
