Most people run a reminders app, a notes app, a shopping list and a spreadsheet for events. Marvelist is one app that covers all four, with an assistant that can act on what is in them rather than just store it.
It runs natively on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, and in any modern browser. Everything syncs between devices and keeps working offline, catching up when the connection comes back. Attach photos, PDFs and documents to any task.
Sign-in runs through Tophhie Cloud, our own identity platform, with two-factor authentication and Face ID locking available. The core app is free forever. Premium adds Marvelist AI, unlimited event guest lists and 20 GB of storage for £2.99 a month.

Sharing and collaboration
Invite anyone to a list, assign tasks, and comment in threads. Read-only access for people who should not be editing.
Event RSVPs
One shareable link gives guests a public RSVP page. No app, no account. Plus-ones, custom questions and live attendance counts.
